    This notice describes how beamo.tech handles information. It is a factual description of this website, not legal advice. Whether a particular law applies is a question for qualified counsel.

    Who publishes this site

    Beamo LLC publishes beamo.tech. Privacy questions use the same public support address as the Support page: [email protected]. Text-only support is (866) 257-1911.

    What this notice covers

    This notice covers https://beamo.tech, including product instructions, support contact, and the Flasher download page. It does not cover beamostore.com checkout, Amazon listings, or a message after it leaves this site through your mail or messages app.

    What this website itself records

    There is no account signup, support form, or live chat backend in this source. Optional analytics is off unless you allow it. If you allow it, this browser may POST allowlisted event names, product IDs, routes, locale, coarse device class, and similar enums to /api/collect on this site. Message bodies, email addresses, phone numbers, order IDs, serial numbers, arbitrary query strings, full referrers, and session recordings are excluded. Until a Cloudflare Analytics Engine binding is attached, the collector drops events.

    What this source does not include

    This source does not include Cloudflare Web Analytics, Zaraz, Google Analytics, session recording, or an error-reporting SDK. A public HTML check on 6 September 2026 also found no analytics beacon. Cloudflare account settings were not readable in this review, so hosted injection could change later. If a beacon is added, this notice must be updated.

    Hosting

    The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (beamotech-site). Each visit is a request to Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process IP address, User-Agent, URL, referrer, country derived from IP, and security signals, and may keep logs. Cloudflare may send Network Error Logging reports to itself. Log retention, access, and region follow Cloudflare and were not verified here. Cloudflare may also inject email-protection or Rocket Loader scripts on hosted HTML. This source avoids putting mailto links in prerendered HTML so email-protection is not required.

    Other companies this site calls

    The Sora font is served from this site. There is no Google Fonts request. Product photos load from the Beamo Shopify CDN. Flasher installers are fetched from downloads.beamo.tech when you choose a download. A GitHub releases page is linked for prerelease notes. Shop Beamo opens beamostore.com, which has its own practices. Those parties may see your IP address, User-Agent, and that you requested their file. Cross-origin requests use a strict-origin referrer policy so they receive the site origin, not the full URL with query text.

    Email and text

    Email and text buttons open your device’s mail or messages app. This website does not send the message. After you send it, Beamo support and that mail or SMS provider receive what you wrote, plus the public product name we prefilled. Do not send passwords or recovery keys. Unsent drafts are not stored here.

    Beamo Assistant

    Beamo Assistant is an automated AI helper on this site. Opening chat sends your messages to POST /api/chat on beamo.tech. The server answers from verified Beamo product facts and may call xAI (api.x.ai) when that server key is configured. Only an allowlisted product ID is sent with the request. Chat text is not kept in this browser and is not sent to optional analytics. This application does not log chat bodies. Providers that process a request may keep their own logs. Human email and text stay available if chat cannot help.

    Optional analytics

    Optional analytics stays off until you allow it on the Cookies page. Allowed events use schema version 1: event name and allowlisted enums only. They do not appear in the Cloudflare Web Analytics dashboard. They are queried with the Cloudflare Analytics Engine SQL API after a dataset binding is attached. Measurement failure or a declined choice does not stop instructions, support, or chat. Email and text clicks are intent, not a sent message. Closing a chat is not treated as resolution.

    Browser storage

    This application sets local storage, not first-party HTTP cookies: theme (light, dark, or system), beamo-lang (a language code), and beamo-consent (this analytics choice). If you allow analytics, this browser also keeps a 12-character hex journey id in session storage (beamo-aid) for at most 30 minutes so related events can be grouped. It is not an account id. Cloudflare might set security cookies on some requests. None were observed on simple page loads on 6 September 2026.

    Retention and deletion

    Browser storage lasts until you change it or clear site data. The journey id expires after 30 minutes or when you decline analytics. Cloudflare documents Workers Analytics Engine retention as three months (checked 7 September 2026). This site cannot delete Cloudflare logs, xAI logs if that provider is used, Shopify CDN logs, or mailbox contents. Messages you already sent follow Beamo support operations, which are not configured in this website. Ask [email protected] about a message you sent.

    Your choices

    Change language and theme in the header. Allow or decline optional analytics on the Cookies page. Clear site data in your browser. Blocking storage or declining analytics does not block instructions or contact.

    International processing

    Cloudflare, Shopify, GitHub, download hosting, and xAI when chat uses that provider may process requests in more than one country. This notice does not choose a transfer mechanism or lawful basis. That needs qualified counsel and provider records.

    Access and correction

    There is no customer account on this site, so there is no in-site data download. For a message you sent, contact [email protected]. For logs held by Cloudflare or other processors, Beamo may need those providers.

    Children

    This site is product support for Beamo hardware and software. It is not directed at children.

    Accessibility

    Pages include a skip link, landmarks, and a language switcher. This is not a WCAG conformance claim.

    Changes

    If collection changes — for example a chat backend is connected or Cloudflare Web Analytics is injected — this notice should be updated before that collection is described as current.

    What this notice does not decide

    This page does not decide which privacy law applies, whether an AI-provider request requires consent in your region, how long Cloudflare may keep logs, or which contracts govern subprocessors. Those items need qualified counsel and provider records.
