    Terms of use

    These terms describe use of beamo.tech. They are not a complete contract and do not choose a governing law. Have qualified counsel review any binding terms.

    Using the site

    beamo.tech publishes product help for Beamo USB products, Raspberry Pi products, drone accessories, and the Beamo Flasher download. Do not use the site to attack systems, send unlawful content, or overload our hosting.

    Instructions are not a warranty

    Setup steps describe verified public facts about the named product. They are not a promise that a specific computer, Raspberry Pi board, or drone will work. Compatibility limits on each page control. Hardware, data loss, and operating-system licensing remain your responsibility.

    Beamo Flasher

    Beamo Flasher installers are offered from downloads.beamo.tech. The download page is reachable by direct URL and search. A separate Flasher license is not published on this site. Do not treat these terms as that license.

    Operating-system media

    Prepared USB and MicroSD products may include third-party operating systems such as Linux Mint, Ubuntu, Kali Linux, Windows, or Raspberry Pi OS. Those publishers license their software. Beamo does not grant those licenses here.

    Trademarks

    Beamo is used by Beamo LLC. Raspberry Pi is a trademark of Raspberry Pi Ltd. Ubuntu and Canonical are trademarks of Canonical Ltd. Linux Mint is used to identify Mint software. Kali Linux is used to identify Offensive Security software. Windows is a trademark of Microsoft. DJI is a trademark of SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd. Apple, Intel, Google, Cloudflare, Shopify, and GitHub are trademarks of their owners. Use of those names is for identification. This site is not affiliated with those owners unless a page says so.

    Open-source notices

    This website is built with open-source packages listed in the repository package.json, including React, Vite, i18next, and Tailwind CSS. Those packages keep their own licenses. This page is not a complete third-party NOTICE file and does not change those licenses.

    Limitation

    The site is provided as published. Beamo LLC is not responsible for loss arising from following instructions on an incompatible device, from third-party services this site links to, or from messages you send through your own mail or SMS app, except where a law says we cannot limit that responsibility. That limit is not a substitute for legal advice.

    Governing law

    These terms do not select a court or country. Choice of law, consumer rights, and enforceability need qualified counsel.
