Beamo uses your contact details, experience, application answers, on-site availability confirmation, and optional résumé and public-profile links to review your application and contact you about this role. Resend processes your email address, role, application reference, and receipt/status messages for hiring communications; application answers, private review notes, and résumés are not included. A hiring freeze saves applications for later consideration and does not extend the 180-day retention period. Applications are stored privately on Cloudflare, accessible only to authorized Beamo reviewers. If you separately opt in below, OpenAI processes your experience, answers, and optional PDF résumé to prepare a factual summary for human reviewers. AI does not score, rank, reject, or decide who is hired. Names, contact fields, location, and profile links are excluded from the summary request; identifying details you include in your answers or résumé may still be sent. You can apply without opting in. Application content is not sent to optional analytics or the Beamo Assistant. Applications, résumés, and stored summaries expire after 180 days; provider logs, backups, and downloaded or email copies follow the provider’s or recipient’s retention. Ask [email protected] to access, correct, delete, or withdraw AI-summary consent, and include your application reference. Do not include government IDs, bank details, date of birth, or sensitive personal information. Your form stays in this tab while you apply; it is not saved to browser storage.
What is collected
Your name, email, optional phone, city/state/country, availability, on-site work confirmation when applicable, experience, optional LinkedIn/portfolio and other labeled public-profile URLs, PDF résumé, role-specific answers, and acknowledgement of this notice, optional AI-summary consent, and its withdrawal if requested. Beamo also records the role, submission time, reference, review status, and reviewer notes, reviewer-set priority, and any stored AI evidence summary. Public-profile links are optional; share only profiles you want Beamo to review. Do not include sensitive personal details or confidential information from other employers.
Access and service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores applications in private D1 tables. Only authorized reviewers can read applications and download résumés through the hiring dashboard. Résumés are served as downloads, not public links. Resend receives your email address, role title, application reference, and hiring messages to send application receipts, stage updates, and hiring pause/resume notices. Application answers, public-profile links, private review notes, and résumés are not included in emails. Beamo stores message text, timestamps, attempts, provider identifiers, and delivery events with the application. Verified provider webhooks confirm delivery, bounces, and complaints; provider acceptance alone does not confirm inbox delivery. If you separately opt in, OpenAI receives your experience, role-specific answers, and optional PDF résumé to create a factual summary. Name/contact/location fields and profile links are excluded, but identifying details within your text or PDF may still be processed. Responses are requested with storage disabled; provider security logs and backups follow its policies. AI summaries do not score, rank, recommend, or reject applicants. Human reviewers make hiring decisions. You can apply without AI consent, and earlier applications without this consent are not processed. Cloudflare may separately process hosting and security logs as described in the general privacy notice.
Retention and requests
Application records, attached résumés, stored AI summaries, and communication history expire 180 days after submission. Expired records are deleted on application/review activity or by the maintenance worker when deployed. A hiring freeze does not extend retention; if hiring resumes after expiry, apply again. Email copies and provider logs follow their own retention. Signed delivery-event identifiers are retained for up to seven days to reconcile events that arrive before a send response. Reviewers can delete a record earlier, including its attachment and stored summary. You can withdraw AI-summary consent by contacting support with your reference; Beamo will disable further summary processing and remove the stored summary. Processing already performed and provider security logs cannot be recalled by this site. Contact [email protected] with your application reference to request access, a correction, or deletion. Beamo may need to verify that the request is yours. A separate employment record, if you are hired, is handled separately.
Browser data and abuse prevention
Application drafts and reviewer access keys are kept in memory for the current tab and are not written to local storage. The service uses a hashed, hourly IP-based rate key for abuse prevention; it is not stored with your application and expires at the end of the hour. Application content is excluded from analytics and the Beamo Assistant.
