USB/SD Preparation & Fulfillment Technician

Own the hands-on journey from prepared media to a carefully packed order. Load approved software images onto Beamo USB drives and microSD cards, verify product quality, label the correct variants, and pack and ship products from the Nashville-area worksite.
What you’ll do
- Write approved software images to USB drives and microSD cards using documented tools and procedures.
- Verify image checksums and run designated boot/device checks; record failures and set questionable units aside.
- Check product variants, labels, and bundle components before packing.
- Pick and pack orders, protect products, verify quantities, and prepare accurate shipping labels.
- Count stock, flag low inventory or discrepancies, and help prepare approved Amazon/Walmart replenishment shipments.
- Keep preparation and packing areas organized and share recurring product or order issues with the team.
What you’ll bring
- Basic computer skills and comfort handling USB drives, microSD cards, and small electronics.
- Careful, repeatable work with preparation, testing, and packing checklists.
- Practical troubleshooting and accurate records of product or order problems.
- Ability to perform essential preparation and packing tasks, with reasonable accommodations.
- Availability for agreed on-site work in the Nashville area; practical experience is welcome instead of a degree.
Helpful, but not required
- Linux, Windows startup, Raspberry Pi, or software-image preparation experience.
- Packing, shipping, inventory tools, or marketplace replenishment experience.
What a strong first 90 days could look like
- Learn the approved media-preparation, quality-check, and packing procedures.
- Prepare and ship accurately labeled products with traceable checks and clear exception handling.
- Improve a repeatable preparation, packing, or stock-check process.
Compensation & working arrangement
The planned USD base pay range is $22–$28 / hour. Final pay reflects relevant experience, role scope, and work location. Hourly roles are paid for hours worked; annual ranges describe full-time base salary. Applicable overtime and employment terms are confirmed in the offer. Benefits are discussed individually; no unconfirmed benefits or bonus amounts are included here.
This role is on-site only in Nashville area, TN. You must be able to work at the Nashville-area worksite. The exact address, shift, and physical requirements are discussed before an interview. Reasonable accommodations can be discussed.
