Amazon & Walmart Marketplace Specialist

Your work at Beamo
Manage Beamo’s Amazon and Walmart presence across prepared USB media, Raspberry Pi products, and accessories. Balance accurate listings, healthy inventory, advertising efficiency, and platform policy compliance.
What you’ll do
- Maintain listings, variations, product attributes, imagery briefs, and accurate compatibility claims.
- Monitor Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center account health, cases, and policy changes.
- Coordinate FBA/WFS replenishment and investigate inventory, returns, and fulfillment issues.
- Manage advertising tests against agreed budgets; report spend, conversion, and contribution margin.
- Build a weekly scorecard and prioritize listing or operational improvements with the team.
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center, and ability to learn the other platform.
- Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort analyzing sales, inventory, and advertising data.
- Clear writing, careful product claims, and organized ownership of recurring tasks.
- Ability to work an agreed overlap with US Central business hours.
Helpful, but not required
- Experience with both marketplaces, FBA/WFS, advertising, and flat-file or bulk listing tools.
- Small electronics or accessories experience and Shopify familiarity.
What a strong first 90 days could look like
- Audit listing accuracy and marketplace account health.
- Create a reliable inventory and performance reporting rhythm.
- Run a measurable listing or advertising improvement within an agreed budget.
Compensation & working arrangement
The planned USD base pay range is $60,000–$85,000 / year. Final pay reflects relevant experience, role scope, and work location. Hourly roles are paid for hours worked; annual ranges describe full-time base salary. Applicable overtime and employment terms are confirmed in the offer. Benefits are discussed individually; no unconfirmed benefits or bonus amounts are included here.
Remote roles are planned for candidates working in the United States, subject to Beamo’s ability to employ in the candidate’s location. Working hours and US Central time overlap are agreed before an offer.
