Raspberry Pi Case Guide

Step-by-step instructions for assembling your Raspberry Pi 5 Dual Fan Case.

1

Apply Blue Pads

Peel the protective plastic from both sides of each blue thermal pad. Stick the pads onto the matching chips on your Raspberry Pi 5 — match pads to chips by size. Press firmly to ensure good contact.

2

Place the Top Plate

Align the metal top plate over the Raspberry Pi and press it down onto the blue heatsink pads. Make sure it sits flat and makes even contact with all the thermal pads.

3

Connect the Fans

Plug the fan cable into the fan cable slot on the Raspberry Pi 5, located near the USB ports. The connector only fits one way, so align it carefully and push gently until it clicks.

4

Secure the Fans

Use the provided screws and hex key to fasten the dual fans to the top plate. Tighten each screw snugly but don't over-tighten.

5

Attach the Bottom Plate

Place your Raspberry Pi into the bottom plate of the case, aligning the board with the mounting holes. Make sure all ports (USB, HDMI, power) line up with the case openings.

6

Tighten Everything

Insert the screws from the top, passing through the top plate and board into the bottom plate. Use the hex key to tighten all screws securely. Your Raspberry Pi 5 Dual Fan Case is now fully assembled!
